Kenapa Phone Auto Restart Sendiri? Punca Software & Hardware

By August 10, 2026August 25th, 2026No Comments

Jawapan pantas

Waktu tu, ia perlu diperiksa.

Most phones that auto-restart on their own are down to SOFTWARE, a buggy app, an outdated OS, full storage, too many background apps, or a failed update. These are all fixable yourself: update the OS, remove the offending app, free up storage, and reset settings. But if the phone reboots in a loop (bootloop), or shuts off and restarts on its own at around 30-40% battery, that’s a HARDWARE sign, usually a weak battery or the board. That’s when it needs checking.

Phone tetiba restart sendiri time tengah WhatsApp, main game, atau baru letak dalam poket, memang buat kita panik, terutama bila ia jadi berulang. Tapi jangan cepat fikir phone dah rosak teruk.

A phone that suddenly restarts on its own mid-WhatsApp, mid-game, or right after you pocket it, it genuinely makes us panic, especially when it keeps happening. But don’t jump to “the phone is badly broken.” Most auto-restart cases come from software you can fix yourself in a few minutes. This article covers the software causes first (the easy fixes), then the hardware causes, and when a reboot is actually a signal that the battery or board has a problem.

Punca SOFTWARE (boleh baiki sendiri)

SOFTWARE causes (you can fix these)

Sebelum fikir hardware, kebanyakan phone auto restart datang dari software, semua ni boleh anda selesaikan sendiri tanpa buka phone:

Before assuming hardware, most auto-restarts come from software, all of these you can sort out yourself without opening the phone:

Punca software yang biasa:
Common software causes:

A buggy / broken app, one crashing app can force the whole phone to reboot, especially a freshly updated or unstable app.
An outdated OS, old iOS/Android versions carry bugs already fixed in the latest update.
Storage nearly full, when memory runs low, the phone lacks room to operate and can reboot on its own.
Too many background apps, with RAM full, the system force-kills processes and sometimes restarts.
A failed update, an OS update interrupted (dead battery / lost signal) can leave the system unstable.

Cara baiki auto restart (langkah software)

How to fix auto-restart (software steps)

Ikut langkah ni ikut turutan, biasanya salah satu daripadanya selesaikan masalah:

Follow these in order, usually one of them fixes it:

  1. Update OS. Pergi Settings > kemas kini perisian dan pasang versi iOS/Android terkini. Banyak bug reboot dah dibaiki dalam update.Update the OS. Go to Settings > software update and install the latest iOS/Android. Many reboot bugs are already patched in updates.
  2. Update atau buang app yang disyaki. Kalau reboot selalu berlaku masa guna satu app tertentu, update app tu, kalau masih, buang (uninstall) untuk uji.Update or remove the suspect app. If reboots always happen while using one particular app, update it, if it persists, uninstall it to test.
  3. Kosongkan storage. Free up storage. Keep at least 2-3GB free. Clear videos, duplicate photos, and large app caches.
  4. Semak kesihatan bateri. iPhone: Settings > Battery > Battery Health. Android: guna app diagnostik. Kalau health rendah, ini petunjuk awal isu hardware.Check battery health. iPhone: Settings > Battery > Battery Health. Android: use a diagnostics app. If health is low, that’s an early hint of a hardware issue.
  5. Reset settings (bukan padam). “Reset All Settings” pulihkan tetapan tanpa memadam foto/data anda. Ini selesaikan konflik tetapan yang menyebabkan reboot.Reset settings (not erase). “Reset All Settings” restores settings without deleting your photos/data. This clears setting conflicts that trigger reboots.
  6. Boot dalam Safe Mode (Android). Safe Mode jalankan phone tanpa app pihak ketiga. Kalau reboot berhenti dalam Safe Mode, memang salah satu app puncanya.Boot in Safe Mode (Android). Safe Mode runs the phone without third-party apps. If reboots stop in Safe Mode, an app is definitely the cause.
⚠️ BERHENTI & backup dulu kalau nampak ini
⚠️ STOP & back up first if you see this

If the phone reboots in a loop (bootloop, logo on, off, on again repeatedly), or shuts off then restarts on its own at around 30-40% battery, stop using it and back up your data right away. This is often a failing battery or a board issue, not software. Continued use risks data loss and the phone can die completely and refuse to power on.

Punca HARDWARE (kena periksa)

HARDWARE causes (needs checking)

Kalau dah cuba semua langkah software dan phone masih restart sendiri, puncanya kemungkinan besar part dalam. Ini tanda hardware:

If you’ve tried every software step and the phone still restarts on its own, the cause is most likely an internal part. These are the hardware signs:

Tanda hardware:
Hardware signs:

Degraded / swollen battery, an aged battery can’t hold a stable voltage; when load rises (opening the camera, gaming) the voltage drops sharply and the phone reboots. This most often happens around 20-40% battery.
Water damage / corrosion, moisture on the board causes intermittent short circuits, leading to random reboots.
Loose battery connector, after a drop or a repair, a battery connector that isn’t seated right can cut power momentarily.
Board fault, a power component (PMIC) or cracked solder can make the phone reboot with no fixed pattern.

The number-one hardware cause of auto-restart is an aged battery. A degraded battery looks fine while idle, but the moment the phone demands high current, the voltage plunges below the minimum and the system is forced to reboot to protect itself. That’s why many reboot cases stop the instant the battery is replaced. If it isn’t the battery, it’s a board issue, and that needs proper inspection, not guesswork.

FAQ

Kenapa phone auto restart sendiri berulang kali? Why does my phone auto-restart on its own repeatedly?

Kalau masih reboot terutama masa bateri 30-40%, kemungkinan besar bateri dah lemah.

Usually a buggy app, an outdated OS, or full storage. Update the OS, remove the suspect app, and free up storage first. If it still reboots, especially around 30-40% battery, the battery is most likely weak.

Phone mati sendiri masa bateri masih ada 30%, kenapa? My phone shuts off on its own at 30% battery, why?

Ini tanda klasik bateri dah degrade. Bateri tua tak boleh pegang voltan bila beban naik, jadi phone mati atau reboot walaupun peratus masih tinggi. Elok buat diagnosis bateri.

This is a classic sign of a degraded battery. An old battery can’t hold voltage under load, so the phone dies or reboots even when the percentage is still high. A battery diagnosis is worth doing.

Adakah reset phone selesaikan auto restart? Will resetting the phone fix auto-restart?

“Reset All Settings” (not an erase) often fixes reboots caused by setting conflicts or software. But if the cause is the battery or board, a reset won’t help, it’s a hardware issue.

Boleh baiki phone yang bootloop? Can a bootloop phone be repaired?

Backup data dulu, kemudian bawa datang, kami diagnosis punca sebenar tanpa caj.

Usually yes. A bootloop may be software (recoverable) or hardware such as the battery or board. Back up your data first, then bring it in, we diagnose the real cause at no charge.
