Our story
Chamo bermula pada 2014 dengan satu idea mudah: kebanyakan gadget yang orang sangka "dah mati" sebenarnya boleh dibaiki, pada kos yang jauh lebih rendah daripada harga barang baru. Sejak itu kami kekal di kawasan yang sama, melayan pelanggan yang sama, jiran, keluarga, pelajar, peniaga kecil.
Chamo started in 2014 with one simple idea: most gadgets people assume are dead can actually be repaired, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them. We've stayed in the same neighbourhood ever since, serving the same customers, neighbours, families, students, small business owners.

Untuk kerja lain, port charging, MacBook, tablet, smartwatch, skrin Android dan kerosakan board, kami tidak siarkan harga umum, sebab angka sebenar bergantung pada model tepat, keadaan peranti dan stok parts. Memberi satu angka di laman web kemudian menukarnya di kaunter adalah cara paling cepat hilang kepercayaan. Sebaliknya kami beri sebut harga selepas diagnosis percuma, dan harga itu kekal.
For everything else, charging ports, MacBooks, tablets, smartwatches, Android screens and board-level faults, we don't publish blanket prices, because the real figure depends on your exact model, the device's condition and parts availability. Quoting a number online then changing it at the counter is the fastest way to lose trust. Instead we quote after a free diagnosis, and that quote holds.

Drops, cracked screens and liquid ingress are usually not covered by manufacturer warranty. Official centres typically offer a full-price unit swap rather than a repair. Those cases are our daily work, and it's why many customers come to us after hearing "not covered". Bring it in, we'll look first, free.

We publish full pricing for iPhone screens and batteries, Samsung foldables and back glass, jobs whose costs are stable and verifiable per model. For other work the real price depends on the model and condition, so we quote after a free diagnosis rather than give a blanket figure that might change.
Repair hardware seperti skrin, bateri dan port biasanya tidak menyentuh data anda. Untuk kerja software atau kes kena air, kami nasihatkan backup dahulu jika peranti masih boleh hidup, dan kami beritahu jika ada risiko sebelum mula.
Hardware repairs such as screen, battery and port normally don't touch your data. For software work or water damage we advise backing up first if the device still powers on, and we flag any risk before starting.
