iPhone models we repair
Prices start at RM150 for a screen, but the exact figure depends on your model, an iPhone 7 screen and an iPhone 16 Pro Max screen are not the same part and not the same price. Send us your model on WhatsApp and we'll give you the real number before you come in.
Your battery health is below 80%. Do you actually need a new battery?
Maybe not. Here's the honest version.
Open Settings → Battery → Battery Health & Charging. That percentage is Apple's estimate of your battery's remaining capacity against when it was new. Apple treats 80% as the point where a battery is considered consumed, but 80% is a guideline, not an alarm.
Replace it if…
- Your phone dies before the day ends, and that's actually inconveniencing you
- It shuts down suddenly at 20–30%, or dies in cold air-con
- You see the "Important Battery Message" or performance management notice
- Your health is well under 80% and dropping steadily
Don't bother yet if…
- You're at 82% and the phone still comfortably lasts your day. A number is not a problem.
- Your phone is nearly new, health drops fastest in the first year, then flattens out. This is normal.
- You charge overnight and are never far from a charger anyway.
Bring it in and we'll read the real cycle count and actual capacity, not just the number iOS shows you. If your battery is fine, we'll tell you it's fine and you walk out without paying. We'd rather you trust us and come back later than sell you a battery you didn't need.

"Liquid detected in Lightning connector": what it actually means
Your iPhone throws this warning and refuses to charge. Before you panic:
Most of the time, this is not water. It's compacted lint, pocket fluff pressed into the bottom of the port over months until it bridges the contacts. Your phone reads that as moisture and blocks charging to protect itself. That's the phone doing its job.
- Don't jam something metal in there. Pins, paperclips and SIM tools tear the contacts and turn a five-minute clean into a port replacement.
- Don't override the warning repeatedly. If there is moisture, charging through it corrodes the pins.
- Don't use a hairdryer. Heat damages the seals and the battery.
Come in and we'll look. If it's lint, we deep-clean it properly with the right tools and you're on your way. If the port genuinely needs replacing, that is confirmed after a free diagnosis, and we'll tell you which one it is before we charge you anything.
Cracked back glass
Back glass, back panel, back cover, back case, back screen, people call it all sorts of things, and none of them are wrong. It's the glass on the back of your iPhone, and yes, we replace it. Every iPhone from the iPhone 8 onwards has a glass back.
It's not just cosmetic: here's what a cracked back actually costs you
- Wireless charging and MagSafe get unreliable. The charging coil sits directly under that glass. Cracks and lifted fragments interfere with it.
- It lets moisture and dust in. Your iPhone's water resistance depends on a sealed chassis. A cracked back is an open door, and what gets in reaches the board.
- It keeps breaking. A crack spreads. Glass that's already fractured shatters properly the next time you drop it, often taking more with it.
- It cuts you. Lifted glass shards are genuinely sharp.
- It kills your trade-in value. Cracked back glass is one of the biggest deductions when you sell or trade in, usually far more than the repair costs.
Why it's a proper job, not a quick swap
Back glass on modern iPhones is bonded with industrial adhesive, it doesn't lift off, and once it's cracked it comes away in fragments rather than in one piece. Getting every last shard out without damaging the wireless charging coil sitting directly underneath is the whole skill of this repair.
Done properly, you get a panel with the Apple logo correctly aligned, camera cutouts sitting true, and the chassis sealed again. No gaps, no crooked logo, no rattles. Done badly, you get a phone that won't charge wirelessly and lets water in, which is worse than the crack you started with.
Back glass is one of those repairs where quotes vary enormously depending on what is being replaced. Some channels replace the entire rear housing, which means moving every internal component across to a new chassis, a much bigger and much more expensive job. We replace the glass itself. What else we fix
Cracked or unresponsive screen
From RM150. OLED and LCD, True-tone calibrated and touch-tested before it leaves us. Most screens are done while you wait.
Camera problems
Blurry photos, a cracked rear lens, a camera that won't focus, or the app that just shows black. Often the outer lens glass is the only thing broken, much cheaper than a full camera module.
Charging problems that aren't the port
Sometimes the port is fine and the problem is the battery, the charging IC, or simply a failing cable. We check the cheap possibilities first, that's not a sales tactic, it's just the right order to check things in.
Water damage
Ultrasonic board cleaning and corrosion treatment. Diagnosis is free before any work begins. If your iPhone has been in water: turn it off, don't charge it, and bring it in as soon as you can. Time matters more than anything else here, corrosion is what kills boards, and it starts immediately.
AppleCare probably won't cover your cracked screen
This catches a lot of people out. Manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing defects, not accidental damage. A screen you cracked by dropping it is almost always accidental damage, and almost always outside standard warranty coverage.
AppleCare+ is different, it does cover accidental damage, but with a service fee per incident. Worth checking whether you have it.
If your iPhone is still covered and the fault is a real defect, Apple or an authorised service provider is the right place to go, and we'll say so. Bring it in and we'll give you a straight answer, even when the answer is "don't pay us".

Most repairs are done in 30–90 minutes while you wait. Water damage recovery takes longer.

Usually compacted lint in the charging port, not water. It bridges the contacts and the phone reads it as moisture. A proper deep-clean normally fixes it.
Yes, iPhone 8 through iPhone 17. The bonded glass has to be removed fragment by fragment without damaging the wireless charging coil underneath, then the new panel is fitted with the Apple logo properly aligned and the chassis sealed again. Message us with your model for a price.
It's not only cosmetic. The wireless charging coil sits under that glass, so cracks make wireless charging and MagSafe unreliable. It also breaks the seal that keeps moisture and dust out, the crack spreads over time, and it heavily reduces your trade-in value.
Standard warranty generally covers manufacturing defects, not accidental damage. AppleCare+ does cover accidental damage but charges a service fee. Check your coverage.
