How the repair runs
1. Diagnosis percuma. Kami sahkan sama ada cuma kaca, panel paparan, atau ada kerosakan lain seperti air.
2. Gred dan harga dulu. Anda pilih Incell atau OLED, dan tahu harga tepat sebelum telefon dibuka.
3. Penggantian di kedai. Majoriti siap pada hari yang sama, selalunya dalam sejam dua bergantung stok.
4. Uji sebelum serah. Sentuhan, Face ID, kamera depan, pembesar suara dan pengecasan diuji di depan anda.
1. Free diagnosis. We confirm whether it is just the glass, the display panel, or other damage such as liquid.
2. Grade and price first. You choose Incell or OLED and know the exact price before the phone is opened.
3. In-shop replacement. Most are done the same day, usually within an hour or two depending on stock.
4. Test before handover. Touch, Face ID, front camera, speaker and charging checked with you present.
Waranti skrin 1 bulan untuk gred Incell dan OLED, 3 bulan untuk OEM dan Original. Kalau telefon tidak dapat dibaiki, atau anda memilih untuk tidak teruskan selepas sebut harga, caj troubleshooting RM30 dikenakan. Kalau anda teruskan, RM30 itu diserap dalam harga akhir, bukan ditambah.
Screen warranty is 1 month for Incell and OLED grades, 3 months for OEM and Original. If the phone cannot be repaired, or you decide not to go ahead after the quote, a RM30 troubleshooting fee applies. If you proceed, the RM30 is absorbed into the final price, not added on top.
