Garis yang muncul di sepanjang lipatan biasanya tanda panel fleksibel mula gagal di bahagian yang paling kerap dilipat. Ia jarang pulih sendiri dan boleh merebak. Baca garis hitam skrin foldable.

Inner screen not responding to touch

Bahagian skrin yang mati sentuhan, terutama berdekatan lipatan, biasanya masalah panel atau lapisan sentuhan, bukan perisian. Kami uji sentuhan merentasi lipatan semasa diagnosis.

Dead touch areas, especially near the crease, are usually a panel or touch-layer fault rather than software. We test touch across the crease during diagnosis.

The protective film lifting

Waranti Samsung: dilindungi atau tidak?

Will Samsung cover it?

Waranti pengeluar melindungi kecacatan pembuatan. Kerosakan tidak sengaja, tekanan dan air biasanya dikenakan caj, dan Z Fold 3 yang dibeli semasa pelancaran sudah pun di luar tempoh waranti standard. Bagaimana repair dijalankan

How the repair runs

1. Diagnosis percuma. Kami sahkan panel mana yang rosak, dan sama ada bahagian lain turut terjejas.
2. Harga tepat dulu. Sebelum sebarang kerja bermula. Kalau cuma skrin luar, anda bayar RM680, bukan RM1,550.
3. Penggantian di kedai. Dikendalikan oleh Zaki, yang menjaga kerja Flip dan Fold di Chamo.
4. Uji sebelum serah. Lipat, buka, sentuhan merentasi lipatan, skrin depan, kamera dan pengecasan diuji di depan anda.

1. Free diagnosis. We confirm which panel has failed, and whether anything else was damaged.
2. Exact price first. Before any work starts. If it is only the cover screen, you pay RM680, not RM1,550.
3. In-shop replacement. Handled by Zaki, who looks after Flip and Fold work at Chamo.
4. Test before handover. Fold, unfold, touch across the crease, cover screen, cameras and charging checked with you present.

Kalau telefon tidak dapat dibaiki, atau anda memilih untuk tidak teruskan selepas sebut harga, caj troubleshooting RM30 dikenakan. Kalau anda teruskan, RM30 itu diserap dalam harga akhir, bukan ditambah.

If the phone cannot be repaired, or you decide not to go ahead after the quote, a RM30 troubleshooting fee applies. If you proceed, the RM30 is absorbed into the final price, not added on top.
